President and CEO Thomas J. Donohue issued the following statement today in response to the White House meeting with Speaker Pelosi and Senator Schumer on infrastructure legislation.
“We applaud President Trump, Speaker Pelosi and Senator Schumer for recognizing the importance and urgency behind enacting common sense, bipartisan infrastructure legislation. Business and labor are united in supporting a solution that can be agreed upon by President Trump and Congress. This is not a partisan issue, it’s an American priority. And now is the time for action.”
