There have been five major flash mob theft rings hit Portland area stores in 2012. A Chevron, Nordstroms and even a Starbucks Kiosk store. Sometimes as many as 50 youths participated in the flash mob threats. Below is a shocking KATU video showing the thefts and what Portland Police are doing about it.
