		<description>As a business owner, this goes beyond poor economy.  Mandates such as the menu mandate, minimum wage, health insurance etc. are costly to a business, slowing or stopping the ability to increase wages on good workers, pay bills, or even see what can be done to provide a better business for the public.</description>
